If we know the time period, and the distance of change, we can guess at the average normal speed, and voila! We would know how close that rock is. ed

the way that I see it is easy . everytime that we experiece a rash of solar flares which lead to sun quakes is a direct indicator as to how close X is to us ..like ripples on a pond when you throw a rock so to are the nodes or waves of X ...the closer it gets the more frequent the sun quakes and such ...so if the last couple significant flares on the Sun was Aug 1st and Oct 25th ..then supposedly the next one shall be here in January 17th ..so if the time inbetween the cycles tightens up then guess what ... Ding Dong !!

very true RW, showing a grasp of how bodies work in the vacuum of space. If only the rsoles on the MSM would explain it such maybe more sheeple would wake up!

Interesting. Could you look further back in time to check for that effect?
