*  January 23, 2020  NOON UPDATE: Chinese Government Lock Down in Wuhan, Huanggang and Ezhou Trying to Contain Fast-Spreading New Wuhan Coronavirus.

We all need to be on our guard about this, as it arrived in the U.S. via Washington State earlier this week.  Some reports are equating this virus with the global post-WWI Spanish flu epidemic which spread from 1918 - 1920 due to the fact that the present death rate is roughly double that of conventional flu.

We may be able to raise our defenses by:

(1) self-isolation

(2) vigorous and frequent handwashing

(3) alcohol-based hand sanitizer

(4) colloidal silver (including in the eyes) (compare w. nano-silver)

(5) optimal nutrition

(6) getting extra sleep

(7) supplementing with a multi-vitamin with trace minerals, high proteolytic enzymes, probiotics numbered in the tens of billions, B-100 + choline/lecithin, lysine for white blood cell production, a gram of C in ascorbate form, D @ a minimum of 4,000 units daily.  B-100 + C + lecithin should be taken at the first sign of a sore throat or mouth sores, and then continuously if needed until the sores disappear

(8 ) nutrients for a more restorative sleep, such as magnesium to bowel tolerance combined with calcium, 3 mg melatonin, and a gram or more of lecithin / choline

(9) elderberry wine at dinner

(10) keeping hands away from face

(11) using live plants indoors during winter to purify the air

(12) keeping a simmering pot with herbs and spices while home to babysit it (but don't inhale from a Neti pot unless using sterile water)

(https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.onegoodthingbyjillee.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2012%2F12%2FSimmering-Potpourri-7-1-150x150.jpg&f=1&nofb=1)

(13) not allowing the body to become chilled - keep clean socks on, wear gloves/hat/scarf/closed coat outdoors

(14) decreasing sugar in the diet

(15) homeopathic flu remedy Oscillococcinum taken round the clock until symptoms subside, if any sign of an oncoming cold or flu

(16) anti-inflammatory supplements or OTC NSAIDS taken at the very earliest signs of illness

(17) orgone energy (now vetted by a PA university study); see posts by Jim

(18) low-Hz square wave frequency generator

(19) Rife instrument or equivalent

(20) gentle detox (non-Herxheimer-promoting) such as periodic activated charcoal to flush toxins  / parasites / pathogens

(21) a pinch of boron in water to eliminate (engineered?) bacteriophage viruses that infect via hijacking the body's own microbiome (probably when it's out of balance)

(22) juicing

Excellent list, and one thing I'd add would be just before bedtime: bring to boil a small saucepan of water, and immediately after boiling, and removing from heat, stir in freshly diced garlic pieces, then sit with head over the open pan of "garlic water" and with a towel draped over head, while breathing in the garlic vapors.  It has been scientifically proven that garlic vapors (fresh) when inhaled into the lungs, actually are toxic to viruses, and possibly other microorganisms down in the lungs.

That protocol is one of the things on my "MUST DO" list when a respiratory ailment appears.

Also, another is that some essential oils are very potent anti-microbials, oregano ess. oil, being one.  There are others, but that one comes to mind because I also use that in my "Respiratory protocol must do" list.  This stuff is so potent that even 1-2 drops in a large spoon of honey will still let you know you're alive!  Potent stuff.

Here's a NIH study that examines several difficult viruses for their responses to phytochemicals in plants:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4032839/

Will focus upon the study's comments on coronavirus for now:

Quote
We have previously reported that saikosaponins (A, B2, C, and D), which are naturally occurring triterpene glycosides isolated from medicinal plants... exert antiviral activity against HCoV-22E9.[14] Upon co-challenge with the virus, these natural compounds effectively prevent the early stage of HCoV-22E9 infection, including viral attachment and penetration.

The study lists some relatively unknown examples of saponin/triterpene-containing plants, but I'm listing more commonly known ones here, as the study did not state that only its few obscure examples in this category were effective.  More readily available examples in that category, per PFAF, include:

Neem

Soapwort

Bracken (roots and young fronds)

Horse Chestnut

Yucca, especially  Y. baccata, Y. filamentosa, Y. glauca, Y. gloriosa and Y. whipplei.

Mock Orange

Tea Tree

Tartarian Aster

Bellflower

Shea Butter Tree ("consisting of 60 - 70% triterpene alcohols")

Cassia

English Ivy

Jujube

Panax Ginseng

Siberian Ginseng / Aralia / Spikenard

Redbud

Alfalfa

Pokeberry

Buffalo Berry

Quinoa

Good King Henry

Lamb's Quarters

Fenugreek

Tung Tree Nut

Snowberry

Chickweed

Hops

Honeysuckle

Mexican Tea

Grape Hyacinth

Campion (several spp.)

Fringed Pinks

Tree Spinach

Bottlebrush Buckeye

Honey Locust

Wolfberry (Goji)

Note that the bitter water remaining after soaking some of the plants listed above would likely hold the active compound, but can cause stomach upset if taken in large amounts (though saponins mostly pass through the body unabsorbed).

Non-saponin plants that the study found effective vs. coronavirus:

Spider Lily

Sweet Annie Artemisia (the annual version, but perennial Wormwood might be an alternative)

Spicebush

Nutmeg

Other triterpene sources listed in The Complete Book of Enzyme Therapy not mentioned above include:

Licorice root extract (Not DGL, it would likely need the glycyrrhizin intact)
(Caution: https://www.livestrong.com/article/471718-is-licorice-candy-good-for-you/ )

Citrus fruits

Reishi mushrooms

Gotu Kola

Soy

Here's a comprehensive list of known unique phytochemical constituents of Wormwood, from the old Dr. Duke's Phytochemical and Ethnobotanical Databases, which was later conserved by the USDA.  It is too extensively annotated to include the references, which are posted on every line in the original, but those can be sourced @ the link:

Marfoogle News hosted seasoned medical professional Prepper Nurse One, inviting him both to share opinions as to what it taking place politically with regard to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, as well as give specific advice appropriate to this unusual situation in which we are receiving audio-visual information from the Chinese grassroots level that is at odds with what is being officially disseminated:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGHmA5Fy-jM

Among PN1's pieces of advice, partially based upon his experience in the military: If you intend to go in public with a gas mask for protection, remember two things:

1. Have two masks available at all times, as the first mask will only filter the air for 5-6 hours

2. The mask is not properly on until you draw the first breath and suck it in place on your face

Sarah Westall interviews 30-year bioacoustics healer Sharry Edwards, who practices discovering the frequencies of germs in order to address them using instruments such as Rife, Spooky, etc.  Edwards says she and her colleagues have discovered something very unusual about the Novel Coronavirus' frequency signature that never occurs in nature, confirming that it is man-made:

The viral protein and the viral genome are playing clashing musical notes on a sub-atomic level (she terms it the "magnetic level"), and in fact they are playing A and A# together simultaneously, otherwise known as the 2nds and 7ths which were mentioned in a previous post.

Those who are familiar with music theory will recall that those two intervals on the 8-note scale  - both of which are just a half-step apart from another note on the scale - are never supposed to be played together musically unless just briefly to create harmonic tension which is then released immediately in the next measure, or otherwise the piece would be too uncomfortable to listen to.  It would produce a similar sensation to fingernails on the chalkboard, described by the musical term "dissonance."

In fact, Wikipedia explains that the human brain reacts so negatively to such frequency clashes that there is a recognizable EEG pattern called the p300/p3b wave in which the physiological response to the tonal irritation has actually been defined in the medical literature.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Consonance_and_dissonance

Edwards stated that the abnormal existing frequencies of Novel Coronavirus are 158.4 and 79.2 created on an odd 224 cps scale, according to her own research, and that they prevent the master anti-oxidant glutathione from functioning in the body.  Rather than prescribing a glutathione supplement, which is instantly disabled by the virus, her lab has discovered that they can play the musical frequency for glutathione at a higher octave than the virus is able to reach, thus circumventing both the virus and the nefarious designer of it.

Quote
Someone has designed this virus in such a way that it's own antidote causes problems.  This is too perfect a set of numbers to be anything natural.

She continues by explaining that in clinical trials studying vocal patterns of people who have been the victims of a military-grade sound cannon, it became evident that the brain creates a self-healing response to the auditory abuse which reveals the frequency antidote to whatever sound assaulted it.  This information is detectable without EEG by use of voice pattern analysis, which can also be used to detect NCV infection.

Edwards' group originally set out to utilize frequencies as preventive medicine, but frequency antidotes are becoming in greater demand by the medical field and others (even the Mayo Clinic is using them now).  A team of professional musicians has created a sound file to be released to the public to combat Novel Coronavirus, and the file is now ready for download here:

https://soundhealthoptions.com/leciel

The public is urged to spread the file broadly, especially anyone who has a truck-mounted speaker that can be used to help others who may be sick in the community.  The music can do no harm and its use does not violate medical ethics, which permit untested harmless measures to be used in extreme circumstances.  In fact one of the things created by the codes is the phytochemical Quercetin.

For those who have a frequency machine at home or are comfortable with using an online tone generator, the frequency codes discovered in Edwards' lab are as follows:

Avoid playing these frequencies alone:
A or A#

Note: This means that healers who use tuning forks should also avoid the A and A# either alone or together.

Avoid playing these frequencies together:
A and A#, A# and G#, B and G

Every other note may be played together.

To shatter the gene of Novel Coronavirus:

158.63 + 178.06

To shatter the protein capsid:

149.512 + 167.808

The video can be right-clicked on and looped continuously as well, but one rule of frequency medicine is to allow breaks in-between sessions so that the body can cleanse itself of what was just killed during each therapeutic set.

It might be a good idea to repost Jim's link periodically on the boards to remind us to use it, and to help newcomers to the boards as well.

Barb, I'd suggest using Ms. Edwards' frequencies right now instead of that older list, as hers address the genetics of Novel Coronavirus, which has a dirty "payload" inserted into it that is rapidly mutating.  Her lab is following developments closely, and this virus is not just a normal one, so should be "Rifed" differently.

In Sarah Westall's follow-up interview with Sharry Edwards, we learn that the Novel Coronavirus has already spontaneously (or programmed?) mutated from 9 protein forms to now possessing 14.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_ILLRPJE54

Ms. Edwards says that the custom-designed healing composition "La Ciel" is especially potent vs. the pneumonia aspect, and should not be overly used unless one is actively infected, because it could manifest side effects such as shell-fish toxins and more.  In any case, we won't be encouraging readers of Town Hall to use it daily or preventively.

Quote
Eight minutes is all it takes to expose a pathogen to the correct sound to decloak and expose it to the immune system.

Edwards' lab has discovered other viral DNA within Novel Coronavirus, including 4 snippets of HIV.  She feels that 5G exacerbates this, attacking the immune system from outside the body.  The 5G not only can produce symptoms on its own, but it also is able to make an actual (as opposed to a frequency-created) pathogen more virulent than it otherwise would be.

Ms. Edwards then stated that the signature of Novel Coronavirus is too complex and mathematically perfect (in a diabolical sense) to have been created by a human being.  That would seem to leave open a narrow range of possibilities including D-Wave as the mastermind.

Quote
We are frequency beings, our brain is the central processing unit that sends frequencies all through the body's neural network.  We've done the math, and we know we can provide the tools to people to take dominion over their own bodies and heal themselves.

Edwards further explained that each person's voice carries frequencies that are a holographic representation of his or her own brain.  Her lab has designed a computer capable of taking human voice print samples and diagnosing what is occurring in the person's own central nervous system, including details that a trained neurologist would be interested in such as the presence of Lewy Bodies in Parkinson's Disease.  With this simple and advanced diagnostic capability, pro-active repairs can often be done quickly and effectively using common supplements that are lacking in the individual's own self-care plan.

Quote
We've healed people many times before this way, and even restored the eyesight of people who lost it due to MS.

The magic number, she says, in diagnosing Novel Coronavirus is multiples or divisions of a frequency of 28 for detection in a voice pattern.  Rather than specifically using Rife-type instruments in the lab with their wide range of frequencies, they use a more limited set of brain-wave multiples for healing, because this is what the human central nervous system responds to.  Using this principle, the goal is to dampen / kill frequency multiples of 28 and eliminate them from the healthy brain-wave frequencies.

Quote
This is the medicine of the future, and we just want to train people to do this so that somebody doesn't come along and charge them a mint for it.

Re: rationing of medicine:

From a Novel Coronavirus lecture and slide show by Sharry Edwards, posted by Sarah Westall on Vimeo:

Distinction between the Novel Coronavirus gene and protein:  The gene is what initially enters the human body, and the proteins are created around 10 days later.

Some of the unusual co-frequencies present in Novel Coronavirus match up with such toxins as carbon monoxide, fuel byproducts, and Nagalase - a byproduct of cancer/ HIV/ hepatitis B/ hepatitis C/ influenza/ herpes/ Epstein-Barr virus which shuts down the immune system.  Additional matching frequencies suppress ovulation, making the virus a potential population control weapon.

http://gcmaf.timsmithmd.com/book/chapter/52/ (further explanation of Nagalase by an MD)

Novel Coronavirus is not the only pathogen that is known to have been tampered with.  Certain strains of the flu have also been edited to make it difficult to kill them with frequency as well, because once again what would normally be the healing frequency also generates the viral protein.  So someone is deliberately and actively doing this to humanity, and there is no way for them to hide that fact now.

Since a lack of ability to maintain glutathione in the body is one of the hallmarks of Novel Coronavirus, Edwards posts a list of food sources, conditional upon not over-cooking:

Brussels sprouts, spinach, broccoli, garlic, chives, tomatoes, cucumber, almonds and walnuts.  I noticed that at least half of the items on that list are high in sulfur, and carry a strongly positive electrical charge.  Edwards comments that it is the reduced form of glutathione (with the charged sulfur expended) which seems to be most useful to the body in healing, meaning also that NADH has been oxidized, rendering it able to transfer energy from food to the brain.

Another hallmark of Novel Coronavirus is its lethality due to production of cytokine storms within the body (essentially an auto-immune repsonse) provoked by NCV.  This can be mediated by the phytochemical Quercetin, present in these un-cooked foods:

Apples, onions, grapes, berries, broccoli, citrus, cherries, tea and capers.

Her white paper is  located here:

https://sarahwestall.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/important-virus-information.pdf

As she explains in the paper and the slide show, once the cloak around Novel Coronavirus begins to degrade after only 8 minutes of live vocal frequency medicine (courtesy of Sharry herself), the person's immune system is suddenly able to "see" it.  Note that the immune system uses focused light to address the microbe:

(https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49539701066_13aa4c250b_o.png) (https://flic.kr/p/2itDVc1)

From that point, it only took 15 more minutes for the person's own immune system to devour the microbe.

Ms. Edward' lab is also currently and proactively taking other deadly microbes from the past, or their frequency equivalents, and getting a head-start on decoding their frequency antidotes, with the hypothesis in mind that something is preying upon humans and will apparently stop at nothing to harm us.

OK. will pass that along to our family spooky folks

This is the medicine of the future, and we just want to train people to do this so that somebody doesn't come along and charge them a mint for it.

These posts, including this one, are full of such incredible information!  Have apparently been AWOL for enough minutes/hours to have missed these posts.  Also good to know Sharry Edwards is on top of things, actually way ahead of the curve.  So, now the cat's out of the bag and it appears that although novel CoV-19 was created, it was not done by humans.  So much to read and learn.

BTW, was anyone able to download the free Le Ciel audio?  I tried numerous times, and finally gave up, then using Jim Farmer's link, just listened (once) on youtube.  It might be easier to just record straight from youtube, and have it on hand.  But it sounds like it's good to keep abreast of Ms. Edwards' work as it is ongoing.

Interestingly, now that Ms. Edwards' lab has determined that Novel Coronavirus is programmed to prevent glutathione, the master anti-oxidant, from functioning in the body, leaving people wide open for attack from whatever the latest designer virus might happen to be, we now see yet another open attack on glutathione - this time by politicians.

Michael of Evolutionary Energy Arts quotes a Health Impact News article dated today, saying that the California legislature not only wants to outlaw access to glutathione, but also alpha-lipoic acid, acetyl-l-carnitine, co-Q-10 and B12 shots.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qV0DE5tnPII @ around the half-way mark

What ever happened to the Golden State with its health-conscious people whom we picture sun bathing and drinking fruit smoothies in their spare time?  And why yet another assault on people from a state that has already suffered unimaginably in recent years?

B-12 shots are of proven benefit to many elderly persons, being capable of reversing more than one debilitating condition in a rather short amount of time.  Alpha-lipoic acid in combination with acetyl-l-carnitine may be one of the few vetted silver bullets vs. dementia and a host of other aging-related  disorders.  These supplements are well-studied and cited in peer reviewed journals, and so many reports are posted on NIH/NCBI that listing them all here would crash Marshall's website.

Don't California legislators have better things to concern themselves with?  Who is pushing this discussion forward?  More than just a war against the health sovereignty of Californians in general, this seems specifically targeted at the elderly.

https://healthimpactnews.com/2020/california-wants-to-ban-vitamin-b12-shots-and-glutathione/

Maybe it's time for yet another work-around for glutathione.  We can raise levels naturally by:

*getting more glycine through gelatin and lecithin / choline

*supplementing with a mineral ascorbate form of vitamin C

*taking 3mg melatonin at bedtime

*eating tart cherries and drinking tart cherry juice

*taking milk thistle to help optimize liver storage and utilization of glutathione

Doesn't it just get weirder and weirder?!  It is starting to look obvious that "they" don't even want people to have supplements which can help them out of a potentially lethal disease.

Also, isn't it interesting how much more open Sharry Edwards is about the agenda to kill a bunch of people.  I was actually shocked that she was so upfront about it, sort of like a lot of people speak in private about how "they're trying to kill a bunch of us", but she certainly has more nerve than many of us to say it, knowing it will end up on youtube.  But her scientific awareness and special skills and abilities are solidly behind what she says, especially when she describes the frequencies of the protein coat, as well as the core of the novel Coronavirus (n-Co2019?), and how the combination would not appear in Nature.    Too interesting for words.

Your posts have made me aware that she was working so diligently on this virus!  I had no idea, and assumed she was still quietly doing readings or assessments of various clients, and being way back in the background.  One thing she mentioned was that there's a good amount of glutathione in the white pulpy innards of grapefruit, and IIRC, she said that's one of her sources.

Right, and Quercetin is also in the pulp, another supplement for immunity building.

With Ms. Edwards' professional connections to the Mayo Clinic, and therefore to established members of the medical community who practice on the cutting edge of the nutritional healing knowledge base, it would seem that she would not be alone in her awareness of threats to health sovereignty.

Barb Note: Just an outline. I know a lot of people are down on hand sanitizers, and alcohol, but personally I rely on them when I'm out and about, to protect myself from other people's filthy habits...at home too.
At home I have an alcohol spray bottle:
I spray it on the toilet flush knob and on all doorknobs, on the top of the wastebasket trash bins in the house etc. I give the TV remote a quick wipe with a paper towel and some alcohol, stuff like that... All the TV knobs and house phones need an alcohol wipe once in awhile...

Infectious Germs: Where They Love to Hide

Reviewed By: Charles Patrick Davis, MD, PhD   Reviewed on 2/28/2018

Everyone knows there are germs around them. Some of the places are obvious—you probably wash your hands after cleaning up your cat’s litter, changing a diaper, or using the toilet. But there are places in your home that probably escape your attention, and some of those places need to be cleaned as frequently as germ hot spots you already know.

The easiest way for germs to escape their hiding places and find their way into your body is through your hands. Your hands are constantly interacting with objects in your home, and they’re also what you use to wipe your eyes and nose, and to feed your mouth. That’s a common way for infectious diseases to escape your body’s main natural defense—your skin.

In the following article, learn the environments where germs love to hide. You and your family can enjoy fewer colds and other infections as well as a healthier daily life by learning these germ-filled locations and cleaning them frequently.

Your Smartphone

The T.V. Remote

Your Laptop and Keyboard

The Sink Sponge

Toothbrushes
While most adults can get away with replacement after three or four months, tooth brushes for children often should be replaced more frequently than that.

The Whole Office Lounge

Your Dog and Puppy’s Chew Toys

Cold, Hard Cash (paper and coins)

That Old Office Coffee Cup

The Laundry Washer and Dryer    Finally, remember that the bacteria from your dirty clothes tends to accumulate in your appliances. To keep them away, run them on a regular cycle now and then with bleach and water, but no clothes.

Your Purse/Handbag     You may be carrying more home inside your purse than you meant to. Your purse goes where you go—to the public restroom, the floors of restaurants, and everywhere else. One study found that one in five purses and handbag handles contains bacterial contamination great enough to pose a threat to health.

Barb Note: Kinda hard on the leather but a sanitary wipe (cleaning wipe ) can be used on the handbag... sitting in the sun to sanitize could help too. Lots of germs end up on the bottom of handbags, when people put them on the floor (backpacks too) even on restroom sinks or floor if there is no place to hang them up. Then they go and put them on restaurant tables or the table at home, where the germs will be spread to others!!  Re public restroom doorknobs, I do NOT touch the doorknob when I go out the door, I use a piece of clean paper towel, or if I have too, the edge of my shirt, better than touching the doorknob on the way out.
...

ATMs and POS Keypads

The Grocery Cart

The Soap Dispenser Itself

The Towels in Your Kitchen

Your Doorknobs

Light Switches

Your Cosmetics

Hands and Germs
Barb Note: some people just do not have enough sense to wash their hands when they should, notice people around you if they go into the kitchen with dirty hands or reachinto a bread wrapper or use a butter knife with dirty hands etc. I know someone who has a habit of blowing his nose with a handkerchief (yeccch)  :(in the middle of dinner then he has problem with handling things on the table which other people handle...  :oI have pretty much broken him of this habit, but if I do not watch him, I will get sick if he does these things... I learned to wash my hands after blowing my nose or any other thing like that, knew that when i was about 5-6 years old. some people just don't get it. I have been in college courserooms when people blow their nose and put the kleenex down besides the keyboard then type. Another example of what some people will do: I was going on  the long escalator down in the redline in L.A. I saw a woman pick her toddler son's nose for him then put her hands right on the railing.   :o

Back to the article:

The first step is to get your hands wet. Apply enough soap, and then lather. When you lather your hands, remember to get beneath the nails, between your fingers, and the backs of your hands. Next, scrub your hands for a full 20 seconds

When Should You Wash Your Hands?
Knowing when to wash your hands is as important as knowing how. Anytime you’re preparing food or eating, you should wash your hands first. The same is true if you’re treating a wound or caring for a sick person.

You should also wash after doing any particularly dirty things. That includes petting animals, taking out the garbage, using the toilet, blowing your nose, and handling dirty diapers.

By keeping in mind when and how to wash your hands, you can dramatically reduce your risk of infection, no matter where the germs in your world are hiding.

Barb, your horrific stories about how people misuse (or don't use) tissues reminded me of a rule:

Tissues are single-use articles, and should be thrown away after being used once.

Also in a spontaneous emergency, it's considered polite to sneeze or cough into a napkin at the table, if the napkin doesn't ever touch the table again and is discarded (paper) or thrown into the wash right away (cloth) - better than nothing to block the sneeze from covering the meal and everyone at the table.

I think that after your escalator story, I'll probably just never go on one again  :P

Barb Note: Just an outline. I know a lot of people are down on hand sanitizers....
It's the sanitizers that contain triclosan that are the most worrisome.  Plain old alcohol or many other compounds may not be so bad, but IIRC triclosan is a known carcinogen, or maybe a gender-bender, or maybe both!

And yes that are so many ways to pick up germs of all kinds, and you probably named most of them.  In the winter, I often wear gloves all through the store, and all while pumping gas, even paying for gas with gloves on.  But it's hard to handle cash inside a store and the cash itself is notorious for harboring germs.  We have lots to think about when contemplating mingling with the general public, especially after seeing some of Marfoogle News.  Things are not looking too good.

my own rule, since i was a little kid, if I had to blow my nose, I went to the bathroom, shut the door used the toilet paper flushed it and washed and dried my hands THEN went back to the table... we always washed our hands at the appropriate times... Title: Gabriel Cousens

I received the following email from Gabriel Cousens, and just to be clear, i have not received emails from him in months [in fact i can't recount when i last go such an email from this mailing list]:

COVID-19 (Wuhan Coronavirus) Update:
Homeopathics, Herbs, Foods, Essential Oils,
and Supplements for Prevention
Dear Friends,

There aren't many scientific papers on COVID-19 as it's emerging. Forty years ago, I made the decision to tell people not to smoke because it could cause lung cancer; however, it took 30 more years for the scientific community to prove this fact. The message should be obvious - Asking for complete scientific proof in this situation won't provide an accurate understanding of the situation. What we DO have is informed impression.

In my background as a former lieutenant commander in the Public Health Service I have the option to wait until all necessary proof is in before making a statement, or I can give my informed medical public health opinion based on 47 years of experience. I've made the choice that if I'm wrong, the worst that happens is people get healthier. If I'm right, this protocol can save many lives. There are other agencies and people who I believe are taking similar positions.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the National Institute of Health, says, "We are on the verge of a global pandemic reasonably soon. The coronavirus infections at this point are showing up in between 25-27 countries." Director of the CDC, Dr. Robert Redfield, has said, "This will be a major pandemic with repeated infections." AMAC (Association of Mature American Citizens) has issued a statement, "The coronavirus is worse than the international media claims."

One of the top world experts on biological weaponry, as well as a professor of international law at the University of Illinois, Dr. Francis Boyle, who also had a law passed in the US in 1989 against the use of bio-weapons, which was adopted into world law in 1989 (the Biological Weapon Anti-Terrorist Act of 1989), and from whom I'm getting much of my information in trying to understand this COVID-19 virus, has stated that this is a very serious situation and feels that this was the result of bio-weapon technology that escaped from the DSL-4 laboratory in Wuhan, China. He also points out that there are scientist around the world confirming that this is a weaponized virus.

Dr. Francis Boyle also points out that there are 4 French scientists who recently published an article in the journal Science Direct on antiviral research on February 10, 2020. These scientists did a genetic analysis of the COVID-19, and their analysis showed "may provide a gain of function to the COVID-19 for efficient spreading in human population as compared to other coronaviruses” This analysis included the observation of a spiked protein shell on the virus. He explains that "gain of function" directly implies that DNA genetic engineering done. In other words, their research showed the COVID-19 virus was clearly weaponized. This conclusion is also in alignment with the findings in India at Kusuma School of Biological Sciences showing that there was a genetic sequence taken from the HIV virus to and implanted into the COVID-19 to improve infectivity. Dr. Boyle also points out in a 2010 journal Archive of Virology from Australia that there has been active work in the use of SARS and HIV to create weaponized chimeric viruses.

The most serious research that he communicates is a study reported at the DSL-3 laboratory in North Carolina in 2015 that shows that MERS (another weaponized coronavirus) was developed with this technology of "gain of function". The article states, "A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronavirus has potential for human emergence” (Nat Med 6/21/15). He also documents that a leading bio-warfare scientist from Wuhan got the "gain of function" technology from the DSL-3 laboratory in North Carolina. In this paper they admit being paid by China to train the Chinese scientist from the Wuhan DSL-4 laboratory. It's specifically designed to infect human respiratory airways. It is thought provoking to realize that the National Institute of Health, according to this 2015 North Carolina paper, okayed this training of the Chinese scientist. In other words, this technology was not stolen by the Chinese, but, rather, sold to them. Apparently it also used an HIV cell wall attack virus DNA section that helps it penetrate cells. This 2015 training done by the North Carolina DSL-3 laboratory was also approved by the National Institute of Health, as cited in their 2015 paper. (Phonetically pronounced, the top Chinese researcher was Genlee Hi Shi.) The MERS research showed a 36% fatality. Generally, at this point, with the current virus, we have a gain in what they call “pathogenesis” from 2% to 15-18%. The point is, this top Chinese researcher was trained at the North Carolina DSL-3 laboratory to develop "gain of function" bio-weapon technology. In another paper, 2 Chinese professors at the South China University of Technology also concluded that the virus leaked out of the Wuhan laboratory.

A few months ago, there was a paper, published in the Lancet, that stated the incubation period for the COVID-19 was 24 days rather than 14. This means holding someone in quarantine for 14 days is insufficient prevention. The problem, as mentioned earlier, is that it takes a long time to document all that's happened. In summary, we can surmise that the bio-weapon technology that is the basis of COVID-19 was developed in the US and sold to the Chinese before it's accidental release from the Wuhan DSL-4 laboratory.

Why are humans making offensive bioweapons against humanity and against the Biological Weapon Anti-Terrorist Act of 1989? It may actually be a reasonable idea that all these DSL labs around the world (including the 12 in the US) be shut down for the protection of humanity. From a biblical point of view, one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse is the rider on the pale horse, who brings plague.

In defense against this, our work is to care for ourselves as best we can. This is why I've created this prevention and treatment protocol for optimal protection. Since it is highly likely we will all be exposed, this protocol is the key to dealing with this.

When flying or traveling I recommend 2 essential oil blends:

Immortal Immune – to put on the soles of your feet before bed
Germs-Be-Gone – to spray on surfaces (such as airplane seats)

Recommended Homeopathics:

Bryonia
Gelsemium
Eupatorium
Influenzinum 200c to 1m

Include the following herbs and foods
in your diet to protect you from COVID-19:

The basic mechanism of infection is that the virus latches onto the cell’s surface. As many laboratories around the world have noted, COVID-19 is weaponized with an HIV delivery system. First noted in India, it is highly likely this is a human virus weaponized with an HIV delivery system and a SARS-like upper respiratory component. At this point, officials from communist China are saying it was accidentally leaked from a laboratory in Wuhan. Some have said that the virus enters through an ACE2 receptors on the cell wall membrane, and, supposedly, Asian people have 5 times more ACE2 receptors than other populations, but I still feel that this is not proven information.

The virus enters the cell via a vesicle called an endosome. Once inside, it releases its RNA into the cell cytoplasm and hijacks the cell machinery to produce more viral proteins and thus virus. It also releases an enzyme called 3CL (3-chymotripsin-like protease). This enzyme attacks the cells defense mechanism against the coronavirus inhibitors.

The herbal remedies that are suggested destroy the 3CL and thus protect the cell’s ability to protect itself against the coronavirus. The best for destroying 3CL is quercetin and epigallocatechin gallate which are found in green tea. These anti-3CL substances are also found in:
·      flax seed
·      citrus peel
·      tickberry leaves
·      orange peel
·      oregano
·      garlic
·      ginger
·      elderberry
·      turmeric

Essential Oils to protect you from COVID-19:

Shanti and I have decided the most important essential oils, which were key for prevention and healing during the bubonic plague are:
·      eucalyptus
·      clove
·      grapefruit
·      cinnamon
·      tea tree
·      lemon grass
·      frankincense
·      Immortal Immune
·      Germs-Be-Gone

But it's hard to handle cash inside a store and the cash itself is notorious for harboring germs.

There are numerous suggestions w/in the Truther community that this is ideally timed to scrap the currency in favor of a government-issued cryto-currency just as the financial system is poised to breathe its last breath.  No personal transactions would any longer be hidden from prying eyes that way.

I don't know how much longer old-fashioned check writing will be possible, but since that and cash are all the Amish will accept in their stores, I've ditched the debit card and dusted off my checkbook, after several years of not writing checks at all.

Yes, Socrates, thanks for that excellent post.   Now that people are startiing to realize we are living in a sci-fi type pandemic, not knowing much about the 2019 nCorona virus and how it spreads, its incubation period, and subtle signs that may occur before actual symptoms appear, we're sort of flying blind.  So to add to your list of agents/substances, let's think Vitamin C.

Am thinking if a person is not wanting to expose himself/herself to doctors, nurses, and hospitals, which would be necessary for IV vitamin C therapy, one might consider making a solution of vitamin C, and applying it to the areas of the body that are most highly connected to blood supply.  True, anything painted on the skin will be absorbed, but if we want faster absorption, maybe we should apply the solution to soles of feet, temples, inner wrists, and the "Fatal Triangle" on the face, the area I heard about as a teenager, and was told never to do anything to a pimple inside the Fatal Triangle because of the extensive blood supply in that area, and how easily germs from a broken pimple can enter the bloodstream in this area.

Draw an imaginary inverted triangle on the face, with the base at the top and running across the eyebrows.  Now make a point, the apex, on the chin.  Now connect each eyebrow with an imaginary line down to the center of the chin.  There is the fatal triangle, and the nose area is especially rich in vasculature.  Someone feel free to add to this entire scenario of getting vitamin C into circulation without trying to do a home version of an IV.

The only problem with putting vitamin C under the tongue for easy entry into the bloodstream is that it's so acidic, they say it can cause erosion of teeth enamel.

Vit. C in its acidic form should only be taken if there are no alternatives present.  Mineral ascorbate is the most bio-available form (i.e. calcium ascorbate or any other form).

If the ascorbic acid form must be taken though, you can try buffering it with 1/2 tsp. baking soda stirred into 1/2 glass of water.

For acidic drinks containing vitamin C, such as OJ or tart cherry juice, the same 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda can also be stirred in, which will make it fizzy and carbonated (though a bit salty).

All of the above can settle an upset stomach or prevent one from hyper-acidity.

About 10 years ago I visited Varsha Ratod, M.D. in St. Louis, MO and she sort of has a foot in each world, mainstream and holistic.  One of her many treatments, I recall, was vitamin C injections (?infusions?).  It was listed on some of her literature, which listed many procedures she did, which you would not see in most physician's offices.

So, if a person is thinking ahead, start scrutiniziing the doctors or other practitioners in an effort to determine who can legally inject vitamin C (I'm betting that Physician's Assistants or Nurse Practitioners also can) and then start calling their offices to find out if they do administer I.V. vitamin C therapy.  I think some of them use it as an assist to chemo, but they don't loudly advertise that.

Thanks for the clarification about bio-availability.  If I feel the need for extra C, may try drinking copious quantities of pine needle tea.  Also foot soaks of vitamin C powder in warm water.

And here's what I meant to include in my post a few minutes ago:

Vitamin C Infusion for the Treatment of Severe 2019-nCoV Infected Pneumonia

ilinda, any idea who gives these shots...

Thanks! I will look into it.

Re: the vitamin C shots and IV C:

Another way to infuse the body with C, besides supplements, is juicing with the freshest possible fruits (or even weeds such as chickweed), which creates an enzyme-rich colloid of vitamin C in suspension with whatever else is in the fruits/weeds.

As an aside, I always laugh whenever people disclaim iceberg lettuce as being non-nutritious.  True that it is mostly water, but it's a colloidal suspension of whatever wealth of micro-nutrients are present in the gardener's own soil.  So think of it as being like that expensive "structured water" that people pay extra for  ;)

Excellent for people to be "re-educated" about lettuce.  That subject came up recently in the "Hydration Solution Summit", in which they talked about how the water found in pure, organic foods such as lettuce is "structured" and is a better form of water than that from any tap.  After seeing some of those episodes, it does make more sense to get as much of your daily water intake from fruits and vegetables, and especially lettuce and cucumbers.

Plus, that is a nifty idea to mix your vitamin C with chickweed.  Make a chickweed/vitamin C smoothie?  Why not?  RR said we can and she even explains why it's an improved way to get your vitamins and minerals!

What great ideas about the chickweed smoothie...

Regarding lettuce, many years ago I read Choose Life or Death and Carey Reams mentioned the soothing power of lettuce. it is good for the heart...

Agreed that it was a good one.  But I'm waiting to see how this thing plays out.  Does it really only have a 2% fatality rate?  Lynne MacTaggart pretty much concurs, and she posted a sort of regimen, and says if we follow something like that, we have a good chance of either avoiding the infection or keeping it at bay.  Her recommendations:
Vitamin D3 2,000 IU/day, after two weeks of daily 5,000 IU.
Vitamin C  3,000 mg/day, divided into smaller doses
Magnesium  400 mg/day
Zinc    21 mg/day
Selenium 100 ug/day

I love the way this guy communicates his wisdom in a non-condescending way.

Maybe rather than not washing, to protect skin bacteria and integrity, we should wash and then moisturize?  I keep a lotion dispenser on every sink, along with the soap dispenser.

Really interesting that Asians (in Asia, as opposed to people of Asian extraction) statistically are chain smokers...

Good point that masks don't keep germs from entering and exiting thru the sides.

That's a new little factoid.  Wonder why that is?  Thinking out loud, maybe their cigarettes aren't loaded with 500+ toxic chemicals, besides nicotine.  Maybe theirs are pure, cured tobacco, thus they feel safer?

NUTRACEUTICAL SUPPORT FOR COVID-19

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We are NOT doctors, naturopaths, or herbalists. These potentially helpful nutraceuticals are not suggested as preventatives or cures for COVID-19, but our secondary research shows they may assist your immune system in recovery. Cautionary statements are in no way complete or thorough – you must do your own research to determine risks, benefits, and appropriateness for your situation. Dosages are not specific to viral infection and are for reference only.

As recommended by Paul Cottrell, PhD, deduced from 2007 Journal of Medicinal Chemistry paper.*

Other herbs and nutraceuticals that may be antiviral, anti-inflammatory, or have other helpful effects:

olive leaf: cilia protective (helps protect cells that have cilia that move mucus out of the lungs)
elderberry: caution- may cause cytokine storm
oregano
sage
basil (sweet basil and holy basil)
fennel
garlic
lemon balm
peppermint
rosemary
echinacea
astragalus
ginger
ginseng
dandelion
green tea
pau d’arco / lapacho / ipe roxo
St. John’s Wort: caution - can interact with psychiatric medications like SSRIs
Tabebuia impetiginosa (pink trumpet tree)
Chinese skullcap
sweet gum: contains shikimic acid, from which Tamiflu is derived
star anise: contains shikimic acid, from which Tamiflu is derived
isatis / dyer’s woad
red algae, possibly other marine algae and seaweeds (red algae may help the body produce interferon)
cordyceps

Other nutraceuticals:

potent source of vitamin C - camu camu, rosehips, sorrell, etc
structured silver or colloidal silver
C60
zinc – immune support
Thieves oil (cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary) or N1 oil (Thieve’s oil plus lavender, myrrh, oregano, thyme, cypress, birch, pine, juniper, cedarwood, clove, star anise, frankincense) – essential oils for topical use or misting – do not ingest
