Since then, these "unofficial" image leaks have been increasing. and between this initial release and two subsequent leaked image videos, NibiruShock2012's popularity on YouTube is impressive.
As of this publication date, his work has enjoyed 150,000 combined viewings. That's more than impressive. It is phenomenal, because it shows that NibiruShock2012 is connecting with the public at very visceral level.
Then things took an interesting turn on March 6, 2008, when yet another YouTube informant with the screen name SelfInformYourMind, released even more leaked Planet X / Nibiru images.
SelfInformYourMind Enters the Fray
Unlike NibiruShock2012, SelfInformYourMind's disclosure video have not enjoyed anywhere near the same popularity. It has only been viewed some 5,000 viewings since he posted it on March 6, 2008, and the result is obvious.
He is lagging far behind NibiruShock2012's 150,000 cumulative viewings — even though both of these well-meaning, YouTube informants are claiming that they're images are authentic. The result has been a battle of the disclosure images, and in a subsequent update to the about text of his first video, SelfInformYourMind states:
"My images still stand to reason they are real. NibiruShock2012's account has been hijacked from what I believe by a government agent attempting to close Nibiru related evidence down."
Then he also ads the following comment, which not only caught our attention but prompted this analysis.
"Believe what you want to believe, but something suspicious is going on here."
Keeping the viewership of these two well-intentioned YouTube informants in mind, one must ask the obvious questions. What is really at play here?
A subconscious smell test by the public?
Or a cleverly crafted disinformation campaign that has stampeded the public off in entirely the wrong direction?

In an update the About Text of his video, SelfInformYourMind says:"Believe what you want to believe, but something suspicious is going on here."
SelfInformYourMind is right! There is "something suspicious going on here," and a summary finding of that very thing is revealed in this first of three videos. The answer may surprise you.
Part 2 of 3 — Nibiru Crash Course
In an update to the About text of his video, SelfInformYourMind states: "My images still stand to reason they are real. NibiruShock2012's account has been hijacked from what I believe by a government agent attempting to close Nibiru related evidence down."
Once again, SelfInformYourMind is right when he says that " a government agent attempting to close Nibiru related evidence down." What he obviously doesn't understand is who is behind it and how they're doing it. In this second of three videos, these disinformation methods are discussed in detail.

In the original about text provided with his video, SelfInformYourMind said "A recent user NibiruShock2012's photo's are similar to mine. I can tell you they are fully authentic and it is no hoax."
Yet in a subsequent update to the About text of his video, SelfInformYourMind removes his statement that NibiruShock2012'images are authentic, and then adds, "My images still stand to reason they are real."
