What Would This Look Like

A big question in a scenario of a huge comet passing us on the inside is its visibility. Can we see it night and day for a week and for just a week only, or would we see it longer than has been prophesized?

Nostradamus has this:

Not far from Cancer might be around mid-summer, or a place in the sky, that's not easy to derive. A clue is however that it would appear towards the North.  This means, high in the sky, above the Sun when seen from the Northern hemisphere.  That in turn would indicate for a comet passing between Earth and the Sun that it would come diving down over the Sun towards us and move away again below the Sun. Most of the closer approach would then be out-glared by sunlight.  The moving away would be less visible (not in the least due to the intense dust cloud surrounding us and clouding our view for days).

The perihelion passage approaches circular motion, so a rough estimate should be possible of how long it would take to pass from directly above to directly below the Sun in the sky.  A circular orbit of radius 0.8 AU has a surface of 2.01 square AU's.  Half that period is 1 square AU. That would take 92 days to complete. The latter half of that will be (partly) obscured on Earth due to atmospheric dust reducing visibility significantly, which still leaves 46 days of approach from above the Sun until perihelion.

Mother Shipton talks about 7 days/nights of visibility, so does Nostradamus.

For seven days and seven nights
Man will watch this awesome sight.

This holds another clue. If something passes between Earth and the Sun, as you obviously cannot see that object at night.  But you can see a comet tail grazing the Earth. The approach would be visible at dawn or dusk or at the edges of the night for months in advance, but during the daytime for only a few days, nearest to perihelion. As Nostradamus says, it will make two Suns appear. A comet rivaling the Sun in brightness, that is very bright indeed, it would have to come uncomfortably close for that. But if it would be 7 daytimes only is doubtful at best.

Then again, these calculations just now were made for an XKBO in a 3,700-year orbit. That certainly would not be the only possible celestial visitor.  A shorter orbit, a narrower perihelion, but Earth still passing through a tail would make the timeframes match much better probably but not cause as much effect as written in terms of giant earthquakes by Mother Shipton.  The jury will have to remain out on that for a while longer.  The effects on Earth of a flyby of the ‘Dragon' will be devastating, on that all prophecy seems to agree.

The Effect of a Flyby

Prophecy gives us a lot of accounts of the effects of a passage of a celestial visitor very near to Earth.

A very good, but chilling summary of the effects of a flyby, or even two, of a red comet, passing us on the inside, is given by Australian Roger Waite, who studied ancient prophecy extensively and wrote quite a few articles on it.

THE DAY OF THE LORD

The Day of the Lord is the final year in a 3 ½ year period of time we collectively refer to as the Great Tribulation. This earth has been through some terrifying and traumatic periods in human history like the time of the Flood and the Exodus but Christ tells us that this period of time which climaxes in the return of Christ will be the most terrifying and destructive period in all of human history.

In this article he provides an in-depth correlation of the various prophecies that can be found in the Holy Bible, in books like Revelation, but also Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah.  He ties them all together in an overall scenario, a lengthy but recommended read. He presents some solid arguments for his theory as well.

Before I offer one hypothesis, a sort of grand unified theory that can link these plagues together, let's notice some of the repetition in some of these plagues.

Let's look at the plagues which talk about blood and waters turning to blood.

Revelation 8:7, the first trumpet, tells us about a fiery hailstorm that is mingled with blood.

Revelation 8:8, the second trumpet, tells us that the great mountain burning with fire that hits the sea turns a third part of the sea into blood. Whatever this fiery mountain is it must have a blood, red pigment to it to do this.

Revelation 16:3, the second of the 7 last plagues, tells us that waters of the sea were turned into blood.

Revelation 16:4, the third of the 7 last plagues, tells us that the waters of the rivers were also turned into blood.

You'll notice that the earth and seas become covered with blood or a blood red pigment at least 4 times, and 5 if you include the moon appearing red at the time of the sixth seal. Why would God repeat this type of plague so many times, if they had not been related to each another and were just independent, arbitrary plagues?

Let's look at the plagues of darkness.

Revelation 6:12, the sixth seal, tells us the sun becomes as black as a sackcloth of hair.

Revelation 8:12, the fourth trumpet, tells us a third of the sun, moon and stars' light does not shine.

Revelation 16:10, the fifth of the 7 last plagues, tells us that darkness covers the whole of the beast's kingdom.

Again we see a repetition of a similar plague. But wait, there's still more!

A little further on, he reaches a conclusion that must sound familiar to most that have followed the on-going discussion on an XKBO called Planet X or Nibiru.

The first important parameter of my model, which I believe best fits the clues of the Book of Revelation, is that it requires the passing of a large heavenly object not just once, but twice!

The first passing is at the time of the 6th seal at the beginning of the Day of the Lord. The second time it passes is at the time of the 7th trumpet at the end of the Day of the Lord.

The second important parameter is especially provocative. In order for this heavenly body to cause worldwide earthquakes twice, this heavenly body would have to be large enough to have the gravitational mass to cause great seismic stress all over the earth as it passes our planet. In order words, this heavenly object will have to be as large as a moon or even a planet!

This is the conclusion we have reached as well based upon a cross-correlation of prophecy. Something coloring the Moon shine, rivers, seas and taking away much of the light of the Sun, the Moon and the stars, has to be something like a comet with a dusty tail that envelops Earth for a while. Waite offers a time frame for all this of a little over a year. This may coincide with a comet passing by us on its way to perihelion and raising all kinds of hell on the way back out. That sounds all too familiar by now.

There is a final, perhaps even more provocative idea in the prophecy quoted above. When we see that there are remnants of a pyramid on Mars, there seem to be regular structures reminding of streets, a hill that looks very much like a face. Mars may not always have been the Red Planet. Its seas and rivers and lands may have been turned red by "burning mountains cast upon them from the heavens" too, a long time ago. If we go and take a look on Mars and see with our own eyes, we may see for real what is written down in Revelation. Mars may have been whacked in antiquity by a red comet tail and as a result of it died out. We have some time, but it will return and this time around the Earth will be affected in a major way.

Making Ourselves Ready

When gathering and writing all of this, I discussed the implications of this all with Marshall Masters during a recent instant messenger chat. He replied with his considered view on the matter to which I can only agree. Part of that discussion is quoted below:

Marshall: What I'm seeing in general is that the Nibiru audience is divided into three groups. 

Jacco: Which three?

Marshall: I call the largest group the Intentionally Unaware.  This is the largest group by far, and represents a vast majority.  These people are so ensconced in the material needs of their day-to-day existence that they have inoculated themselves to larger issues such as Nibiru, by using government intervention when required, as a mental defense.

The second group I call the Newly Aware.  These are people with whom for some reason or another, the issue of Nibiru has struck a chord, which begins to vibrate with an ancient and in-built genetic fear of space threats. Keep in mind, that a comet only needs less than a one percent chance of striking the Earth within a human generation of time to become front-page news all around the world.  We instinctively fear space threats just as we instinctively become afraid when we hear a rattlesnake shake its rattler.

The third group, which is almost minuscule, is comprised of those who have risen beyond the day-to-day material aspects of life and their own in-built genetic fears to realize that we are a part of something that is immense, magnificent, and occasionally violent.  This is the way of the universe and if we are to avoid extinction through our own powers of reasoning, we need to view ourselves in the context of the whole, as opposed to that part of it that we delude ourselves into thinking we can control.

Jacco: Can you compare the three groups?

The Intentionally Unaware will be sheep to the slaughter if Nibiru does roll around.  Regrettably, they will present a greater threat to the other two groups than Nibiru itself.

Many of the Newly Aware, were among those captured by the Zetatalk web site.  As the old saying goes, they have just enough information to be dangerous -- to themselves.  Because the Newly Aware are still dealing with this issue from an inbred emotional focus, they are marking what appear to others as illogical decisions.

The last group, I call the Spiritually Aware. This is the oldest group, if you consider the indigenous cultures who have been through several Nibiru flybys and who all share a deeper connection with the Earth than Western civilizations.

Jacco: Obviously the Newly Aware and the Spiritually Aware are preparing themselves, but what about the bulk of humanity, the Intentionally Unaware?

Marshall: Nothing can be done for the Intentionally Unaware.  This is why I say in my motto that destiny finds those who listen and fate finds the rest.  When the time comes, the Intentionally Unaware will be in the hands of fate and I wish them well. 

That being said, the best and most workable goal for the Spiritually Aware is to help the Newly Aware evolve towards spiritual awareness for the best possible outcome. 

This mentoring process is more than just making peace with God.  It is about realizing that the little sand castles we build upon the beach of time are fragile and subject to the changing of the tides, no matter how impressive they look.

This goes to the heart of the matter.  I've written this article for the Newly Aware, to help them, and myself, grow towards Spiritual Awareness and get prepared.  We can't prepare as individuals, the events discussed are just too massive for that. As a species, however, we can prepare.  The human race can survive this scenario, but only if we pull together, set aside our conflicts and start working towards a common goal we all share, whether we choose to realize it or not: Survival of our species, mankind. We must choose to evolve this time, as war will wipe all of us out.

The true issue is not about searching cover in the hills and letting go of your normal every day life. Some have done so, rashly.  It is more important that we be at peace with ourselves, and ready for whatever comes.  If it is to be, it is to be.  Be prepared for whatever comes and be sure you don't have any regrets when your time is there. Our bodies may be breakable, our spirits must never be. Only then we stand a chance, together.
