Evidence is Mounting for a Planet X / Nibiru XKBO Flyby!
Evidence, be it direct or indirect -- any court trial needs evidence in order to decide a verdict. However, indirect evidence, even though it may not be sufficient to convict a person who is suspected of committing a crime, sometimes is enough to show exactly what took place and how it took place. Such a case is lying before us now. The case is whether we should indeed talk about hysteria or about fact when discussing the possibility of a Planet X Flyby In 2003. A great amount of evidence has been presented already, but the jury is still out. The scales of justice on this matter have not tilted to either side yet. In this article additional evidence is presented. The question is, will it start to tilt the scales to one side or the other?
The Evidence Presented So Far
In a series of previous articles, Yowusa brought the story that an X-class Kuiper Belt Object or XKBO might be on its way in into our neighborhood right now. In the article "Is A Killer XKBO Stalking The Earth" Steve Russell and I presented a case of mainly indirect evidence building up that an XKBO may be approaching us closer than we would all like.
Below is a summary of the evidence that was presented there. The list is repeated to show the wealth of tell-tale signs we're now seeing:
The above summary shows that the list of evidence, be it mainly indirect, is nonetheless growing to substantial proportions. There is more, however.
In the follow up article to the article mentioned above, Steve and I elaborated on the concept even further. In Why Look For A Killer XKBO, When You Already Know It Is Coming? more attention was shed on the actions by the scientific and governmental communities in response to the knowledge that something might be coming at us any time. Here, a list of actions across the globe by various institutes was presented. The list indicates that there may be more knowledge around than we are told.
This list is extensive as well; if added to the first list a substantial case can already be built, though not a conclusive one, not yet at least. So far no new evidence has been brought forth in this story. That will change now.
New Evidence Coming In
First off, a suspicious coincidence, so far unmentioned in this whole history but widely and vigorously debated across the web, therefore it needs to be mentioned, as it might be playing an important role in this unfolding story.

GRENOBLE, France -- A cable car plummeted to the ground in the French Alps early Thursday, killing all 20 people on board, local officials said.
Most of the victims were reported to be employees of the observatory, which is run by French, German and Spanish scientists. The cable car was used only for the observatory and no tourists were believed to be on board.
"The cable car fell. We don't know why. These are working people and they are dead," the resort's mayor, Jean-Marie Bernard, told Radio France-Info.
Aboard was a group of astronomers and other observatory personnel. Speculation started almost immediately suggesting that the accident was no accident at all, but a deliberate action to silence a discovery that supposedly had been made at the Pic de Bure observatory.
This we cannot allow as evidence in our ‘court' for now, as it is highly speculative at best, but it certainly is a striking coincidence, just like the circumstances of death of the late astronomer and discoverer of comets Gene Shoemaker. He died in a car crash in 1997 in Australia, but what happened exactly seems to be restricted, given the following dead end encountered recently in finding out.

… Gene Shoemaker was a geologist that wanted to go to the moon. He became very interested in astronomy and created a branch of the USGS called Astrogeology. More than being known as one of the CO-discoverers of SL9 he was known as the man who catalogued literally hundreds of previously unknown earth impactors, via weather eroded craters. He did this after research into the mechanics of impacts, studying craters all over the world. On July 18th, 1997 he was traveling with his wife on a long straight road outside of Alice Springs on his way to study another crater, when his car was hit head on by another sole car. TMG's investigation into the accident was stopped cold in its tracks. Investigators in Australia were told they were not allowed to view case files on the incident, even when the investigator was a past high ranking Australian government official (however at the time a representative of TMG). The case was sealed and apparently no one is allowed to view the details of the accident. Shoemaker's spouse was with him at the time and suffered near fatal injuries. She has since recovered and it has been reported that she has returned to her work. The above appears fairly clear, but without the case file there is nothing that can be proven. We can only postulate on what is known. Seems strange however that the accident occurred in broad daylight, with only the two vehicles on the roadway. But I did say strange, not unlikely…
It is safe to speak of strange policy if a accident report is classified information even to a high ranking government official, but it cannot be proven beyond doubt that there was foul play involved so we'll not pursue this further for now.
The above two examples do however fit into a repressive policy towards the free gathering of information as certain authorities have been putting them in place for a few years in order to achieve monopoly on that information themselves. Those who don't comply may meet with misfortune.
