The technology, as described in the texts, is based on a mysterious force known as laghima, which may be activated by human psyche (possibly the famous ‘vril’ force as mentioned by H. Bławatzk), and on centrifugal force strong enough to neutralize any gravitational pull.

The mentioned documents also refer to the technology of a so called “cap of invisibility” and the method of locally increasing the gravity pull to “make oneself as heavy as a mountain of lead”. They also mention plans to undertake an expedition to the Moon [sic!].

The Rigveda contains a description of Arjuna’s journey to the stars. The human hero is taken to the “gods” onboard an aircraft driven by “a pilot named Matali”. Arjuna “ascended in a chariot alike the sun” to “regions unknown to mortals, to those that walk the earth”. Once there, Arjuna observes that “the Sun did not shine there, but with its own radiance shone what down there, on Earth, can be seen in stellar form”.

The Visnu Purana, in turn, mentions a vehicle of a traveller named Kalka, which was “guided solely by the sheer will of the pilot”.

It is interesting that anyone could have even conceived such a notion while it was only very recently that the military begun testing special helmets capable of directly receiving neural impulses from the pilots’ brains and translating them into commands for the central computer.

In the famous epic Ramayana, we also find an account of a journey to the nearest celestial body in a vimana, as well as the subsequent combat using unknown weaponry, with a spacecraft of the Ashvins, i.e. a race of the Atlantean faction.

Warheads

Ancient texts mention not only flying spaceships but also weaponry which greatly resembles weapons of mass destruction as we know them:

Mahabharata – the book of Mausalaparwan

A single missile loaded with the entire energy of the universe was thrown in. A scorching pillar of smoke and flames, brighter than ten suns, rose in all its magnificence... It was an unknown weapon, an iron thunder, a colossal bringer of death, which turned to dust all of the Vrishni and Andhaka races... Their bodies were burnt beyond recognition, hair and nails would peel off, clay pots would crack for no apparent reason, and the feathers of birds turned white. Within an hour all foodstuffs turned inedible...

...fleeing from the fires, soldiers flung themselves into streams to wash themselves and their equipment ... [the weapon]... pushed back the lines [of warriors] along with their mounts, elephants, ground vehicles and their weapons, as if they were no more than dry leaves. Pushed away... they looked beautiful, like birds in flight ... flying up from trees...

Those who never had a chance to read the Old Indian epic Mahabharata will no doubt shake their heads in disbelief and suspect that the quoted description refers to weaponry at the disposal of modern armies.

Indeed, it is an account of the brutal shockwave accompanying a nuclear explosion whose strength was so overwhelming that it needed the comparison to not one but ten suns. All those who survived the blast itself suffered hair and nail loss, birds’ feathers were turned to ash. Just as was observed during early American tests with nuclear weapons, here too everything, food included, was poisoned.

Furthermore, as is also practiced and taught in the modern army, in order to at least partially cleanse oneself of radiation, body and equipment needed to be rinsed with running water.

In another passage of the Mahabharata it is stated that the weapon is capable of “punishing the soil with twelve years of infertility and killing unborn babies in their mothers’ wombs”. Today, we know that the radiation sickness can cause, both in humans and animals, fetal deformations and fatal radiogenic mutations. For example, we are seeing modern evidence of radiogenic mutations in Iraqi, resulting from the use of depleted uranium ammunition.

Further on in the text, we find a passage suggesting that even asteroids were at a point used as weaponry in the wars, being guided down onto the enemy’s territories.

Mahabharata – the book of Mausalaparwan

Arjuna, having received the most powerful weapon imaginable, set out on Indra’s orders to challenge demons that gathered 30 million soldiers in their undersea strongholds! The Lord of the Heavens allowed Arjuna the use of his flying vehicle, which could also travel underwater, as well as his best pilot, Matala.

A fierce battle commenced which soon escalated to a global cataclysm. The Asura wanted to drown the world in a massive flood, but Arjuna’s attacks managed to evaporate the waters and annihilate the demonic forces. Triumphant, he walked into the defeated enemy’s stronghold.

The civilizations of Mu and Atlantis were eventually wiped out in that exact way, with the rest of the globe suffering massive and cataclysmic consequences in the form of violent earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

Nowadays, undersea cities are only ever mentioned in S-F stories or in casual futuristic articles in popular science magazines. Our ancestors were evidently granted the technologies of the gods themselves, for it is how they referred to the beings from outer space that originally brought all that knowledge to Earth.

Further on, the epic continues to recount Arjuna’s attack on a city orbiting the Earth in outer space. The space station was pushed so far off its orbit that it was very nearly pulled down towards the planet, but Arjuna continued his assault until he finally ripped the installation to shreds.

Here, each of the gods “had his own city, which constantly revolved”.

How could the authors of ancient Mahabharata have known that in order to generate artificial gravitational pull, all space stations and even bigger structures orbiting the planet would have to be set in circumvolution?

Both the Mahabharata and the Ramayana describe cities “on the firmament”, going as far as specifying their dimensions, which when converted to the metric system would amount to 16 per 8 per 1200 km. The Mahabharata states that “the cosmic city of the god Indra has always existed in the universe. It was build of metal and housed homes, buildings and vegetation. The city gates were wide enough for smaller craft to fly inside.”

The stations were also capable of abandoning the Earth orbit completely and flying off into space. The gates were guarded by “sentries armed with various weapons”, and the cities themselves were able to “turn invisible”. From the surface of the planet at night they “seemed like giant stars in the sky”.

The book of Wanaparwan also mentions other cosmic cities called Waihajori, Gagankora, and Kekara which also constantly revolved in space.

They were enormous, artificial satellites which stored food and water, as well as weapons and ammunition.

One of the cities had allegedly been built by Brahma and was known as Hiranjapma, which translates as a city of gold. All the cities provided comfortable and practical living environments for great numbers of gods and humans alike.

Traces of Nuclear Destruction

It is hardly surprising, therefore, that there are so many sterile, desert areas on our planet, as well as a number of ruined cities where radiation exists until this day.

Traces found in the Sahara, Gobi and other deserts confirm the hypotheses of nuclear wars once waged by either men or gods from outer space come to our planet.

Is there any tangible evidence of past nuclear conflicts which would have destroyed most of our race’s advances? There are, for instance, the skeletons discovered in the prehistoric cities of Mohenjo Daro and Harappie in Pakistan, which until this day display high radioactivity.

No-one can tell for certain how the cities were actually destroyed, unless we accept the esoteric knowledge derived from sources describing wars waged by sons of the gods from the lines of the Enlites and Enkites.

In 1947 in Iraq, as subsequent layers of soil and rock were being removed, the workers uncovered a level of molten glass, evidently the product of a nuclear explosion.

Similar phenomena have been observed in the desert of New Mexico, where first nuclear tests were once conducted. After the explosion of the first atom bomb, it was noted that the sand of the desert melted down and turned into a layer of greenish glass.

However, the location of the glass formation in the former territories of Mesopotamia clearly dates the distraction of the local civilization at 16 thousand years ago. Official science would have us believe that at the time people still inhabited caves!

Other traces of nuclear warfare can be found in Scotland, in the vicinity of the village of Rhynie in the north-eastern region of the country. There, in the county of Aberdeenshire, stands the fort of Tap O’Noth. The castle was erected on top of a 560 meter mountain of the same name.

For one thing, the entire surface of the castle walls is a homogenous layer of molten rock! The particular stones originally used for the walls were melted and formed into a homogenous bulk by incredibly high temperatures. High enough to turn rock into lava. Likewise, patches of molten glass are clearly visible on the surface of the walls.

Another similar fort can be found in the region of a narrow bay on the lake of Loch Nuagh, fort Dun Mac Snuichan, as well as in Loch Etive and near the entry to Loch Ailort.

As we travel to yet another region of the world, to south-eastern Egypt, we find the mysterious Saad plateau, another place with the dark history of nuclear conflicts in its past.

In 1932, a land surveyor, P. Clayton, was traveling through the area when he stumbled across an unusual find. It was a yellowish-green glass layer covering an area of tens of square kilometers.

Chemical analysis confirm the pieces of the colored glass to be pure silicon glass which can only be obtained when sand is exposed to immensely high temperatures. These pieces have been lying in the desert for thousands of years and Libyan glass contains 97% of silicon, which makes it more a gem than everyday material.

Apart from old Sanskrit texts, other documents also report cases of nuclear weaponry being deployed. Such mentions can be found in Argonautics by Apollonius of Rhodos who writes of metal birds bombarding the Argonauts’ ship with metal missiles.

The reasons of Alexander the Great’s frantic withdrawal from India remains murky. Flavius Filostratos accounts for the great commander’s defeat by recalling bad experiences that the Macedonian’s armies had had with Indian weapons such as the “Fires of Brahma” which sent “thunder and lightning” to “smite even an enemy hiding behind city walls”, or the “metal arrows propelled by fire” – similar to the Russian Katyusha rockets.

Although none of the above could compete with the highly advanced technologies of the earlier, magnificent civilizations, it still amazes us that such ingenuity existed in those ancient times. During his withdrawal from the Indus towards Bander-e-Shapur in south-eastern Iran, Alexander lost as many as 75% of his soldiers who originally counted around 200 000.

Yet another work evidencing the use of the terrible, nuclear weaponry in ancient times is Gudea’s Song of Songs, written at the turn of the third century AD. It celebrates the divine weapon known as MITUM, which swept through the enemy lands as a roaring wind.

We Stand At a Precipice

Nuclear-armed rogue states represent a clear and present danger for the whole world and this calls into question the notion that political and economic containment can keep the lid closed on this nuclear nightmare, Pandora's Box.

The unimaginable terror of nuclear warfare which emanates from each of the mentioned texts may serve as a warning about what our own future may be just as dangerous as our past, if not more so.

In a material sense, there are no good options here, just as there were obviously no good options available to prevent the ancient, horrific nuclear wars discussed above. Perhaps then, our only good option in contrast to all these bad ones, is spiritual in nature. That we invoke the core teaching of all faiths, to peacefully to fill our hearts with tranquility, while there is still time.
