The article you are about to read by Jacco van der Worp will paint a very unsettling series of correlations between current world and astronomical events, as they relate to secular and non-secular prophecy.  Before you go further, I wish to point out a few of the important aspects as the publisher of YOWUSA.COM that I’ve learned about prophecy in general as a result of my years of study and writing on the topic. 

First and foremost, prophecy is not causality.  It does not make the future, which to large extent is always uncertain (and this is to our advantage.)  Rather, it serves as a persistent reminder from the past to those of us in the present, reminding us to look beyond the quiescent moments of our life towards a possible hazard , lurking beyond the next fork in the timeline.  In short, the wise old Star Wars character Yoda hit it on the nail when he said “always in motion is the future.”

If we choose to view the future as being in motion then true prophecy, can only tells us the following three things: how to recognize the harbingers of a prophetic timeline, what will happen on that timeline, and what will come afterwards.  Rather than focusing all of attention on the prophetic event, wisdom calls us to pay heed to the harbingers in the hope that we can alter the outcome in part or in its entirety.  Remember: we are not powerless!

It is also important to remember that the visions, which attend prophecy, are highly magnified over the course of time.  For this reason, the severity of the prophetic event can be greatly overstated in some cases.  Keep this in mind before selling your home or tearing up your backyard to build a bunker.

Above all else, prophecy teaches us to continually practice foresight.  If we choose to stick our heads in the idle oblivion formed by the sands of material comfort, we may very well pay for that pleasure by becoming suddenly buried in the very same sand -- and wondering how we got there.

When we look at prophecy we use our own field of view.  We examine it using our science; compare it with present knowledge and seeing it with our own eyes and minds.  While all of these physical attributes of ours are perfectly good in the present, they cannot delve backwards to know, see, hear, feel or think exactly what visionaries experienced, except through the prophecies we now selectively chose to study.  Yet, try as we may, we will never be able to look the true entirely of their prophetic perspectives.  Why, because what we know as the future to pass, is what they desperately tried to grasp as future to be and so it is an uneven ‘battle’ between different views of the same moment in time.  However, our time for conjecture is soon running out and if the prophets are correct, humankind is a mere two minutes from midnight.

That’s why here we at YOWUSA.COM take a different approach to prophecy; we let the prophets explain each other, by cross-referencing their stories searching for common elements.  After all, a fire is a fire, whether you call it a blaze, an inferno or just a flame. It is seeing all of them at once that makes the concept so much clearer. A journey through ancient records begins.

Prophecy Analysis to Date

In January 2003 Yowusa featured an article titled Nibiru Flyby More Likely in 2012. In that article we showed that some of the theories going around on an incoming XKBO could not be true, if it were to be a periodic passage. In a follow up to that article called Will Mars Become a Nibiru Flyby Safe Haven for Mankind?, we went even further and suggested that Mars might have served in the distant past as a safe haven during an ancient celestial event that caused disaster throughout the Solar system.  We elaborated as well on prophecy throughout the ages and mentioned different streams of prophecy from different times, ancient Sumerian, Biblical, Medieval.

In this article, we will highlight them again first and then delve into the wealth of references somewhat deeper still.  In the follow up article we merely pointed out the most important lines through prophecy; we will repeat this starting point and continue on a more in-depth search from there. Sumerian Prophecy

There is a wealth of background information available on the early history and history of prophecy in Mesopotamia, the current Middle East, where the Sumerians once ruled.

MESOPOTAMIA IN HISTORY AND PROPHECY

Mesopotamia is known as the cradle of civilization for this is where civilization was born according to the Bible. Mesopotamia is a Greek word which means between the rivers. Mesopotamia is between the two great rivers we know today as the Euphrates and the Tigris Rivers, which flow through the Middle Eastern countries of Iraq, Syria and Turkey.

Christian Prophecy

The most intriguing books of all to any Christian reader when reading the Bible would certainly have to be the books of Daniel and Revelation.  In those books, a vision on the future of the world is given to the prophet that is chilling, unless man changes his ways. The Book of Revelation speaks most clearly of a burning mountain cast into the seas, making them bitter.

Mother Shipton

Mother Shipton was a seeress living in England. Born in 1488, she lived until 1561. She poured her prophetic visions in poetry. It was quite clear poetry too that got her in a lot of trouble with authorities of her day. One of the best parts of her writing covers a celestial event of tremendous proportions.

From Mother Shipton’s prophecies: 

A fiery dragon will cross the sky
Six times before this earth shall die
Mankind will tremble and frightened be
for the sixth heralds in this prophecy.

For seven days and seven nights
Man will watch this awesome sight.
The tides will rise beyond their ken
To bite away the shores and then

The mountains will begin to roar
And earthquakes split the plain to shore.

And flooding waters, rushing in

This certainly points at something passing us by swiftly twice, causing global disaster. It will move by us and once again after a relatively short period of time, probably on its way out again towards the darker reigns of the Solar system.

Nostradamus

A contemporary of Mother Shipton, living in France from 1503 until 1568 was Michel de Notredame. He was a physician who helped cure plague victims in his days. A well respected man tormented by horrid visions of the future. He finally wrote them down in 10 centuries, covering a thousand years ahead of his time. He did not write them down chronologically however, to date we are still left guessing on what belongs where and covers which point in time.

He too mentions a fly-by event of some sort in one of his verses. An overview of his texts can be found by following the link given below.

The Prophecies of Nostradamus
Century 2, Quatrain 41

La grand' estoille par sept iours bruslera,
Nuee fera deux soleils apparoir: 
Le gros mastin toute nuit hurlera,
Quand grand pontife changera de terroir. 

The great star will burn for seven days,
The cloud will cause two suns to appear: 
The big mastiff will howl all night
When the great pontiff will change country.

Taken altogether, is it so unreasonable to ask if a convergence pattern is beginning to form?

Although we have already asked the question of a connection between the various prophecies in the Martian safe haven article, we briefly touched upon an answer, but did not completely answer it.  We will now try to pick up the trail where we then left off.  The deeper reality hidden behind that question may be more profound than previously thought.  There may be a hard lesson for us all in Mars that we need to learn, fast. Putting the stones of prophecy on the table and try to see the pattern may be a first step ahead in that learning process.

To find deeper and more profound correlations between the various sources of prophecy we’ve explored so far, we will put key elements of them next to each other and look for additional material to add to the picture we are trying to reconstruct.  In the process, we will also try to connect other sources of prophecy like Hopi prophecy and other Christian prophecy into the picture.  The goal of this is to determine a scope of the celestial event that is referred to in all of them.  In essence, it is about overall trends and patterns in prophesy.
